Culture Village

Overview

The Culture Village, also known as Jaddaf Waterfront, is a comprehensive development project situated in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It spans a vast area of 40,000,000 square feet (3,700,000 m2) along the shores of Dubai Creek. Once completed, the village will feature a harbor, cultural and exhibition centers, as well as dockside developments. A notable centerpiece of the project is the Palazzo Versace Dubai, which is the world's second Palazzo Versace hotel following the one in Queensland, Australia. The Palazzo Versace Dubai encompasses 37,224 square meters, including restaurants, a spa, 169 condominium residences and penthouses, 146 hotel rooms, and 58 suites.

Another prominent structure within the Culture Village is the D1 tower, a residential skyscraper currently under construction. Standing at 80 floors, the tower offers amenities such as a sky-rise lounge, an indoor pool, and a gymnasium. It reaches a height of 284 meters, with a spire that extends to 350 meters.
